Entering of all Sales Invoices, Credit Notes and Sales Receipts. Entering of all Supplier Invoices, Credit Notes and Supplier Payments. Recording of all activities within your Bank Accounts and full weekly, monthly or quarterly Reconciliations.
Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)
Verifying all Sub-Contractors with HMRC to ensure the correct CIS Deduction is made. Monthly filing of CIS Return and issuing of Sub-Contractors Monthly Statements.
VAT Returns
Calculating VAT Returns on a monthly, quarterly or Yearly Flat Rate Scheme. Submitting VAT Returns and advising clients of how much to pay/receive within deadlines.
Payroll
Calculating Payroll on a weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly basis. Issuing payslips and/or P45. Submission of all PAYE forms On-line, using my own HMRC Agent Credentials. End of Year P35/60 process.
